Long Edit Box Counter

The following create a counter next to a Edit Box.. will decrease as the user type..
Add HTML Area to page...

Add Java Script to HTML Constant Edit box:




Remember to change the tagname (UP_SS_QUERY_WK_UP_SS_LONG1) to the right name of the field on your page.

    I can't get this to work properly. Your tagname is all underscores ( is it your records then _ field? ).

    Deferred processing need to be off?

      Hi,

      Yes, the long edit box (which entries we count) is:
      Record: UP_SS_QUERY_WK
      Field: UP_SS_LONG1
