Rule Service Request AssignedTo: Rule Trigger needs to be built

 

Add Role CS-Rules Administrator

 

Add in an existing permission list

+ Menu: Secure_studnet_admin

+ Component: SCC_SCRTY_RULE_CAT

 

Configure for a Userid the Setup SACR Security > Rules Engine Category set ALL

 

 Run the Rules Engine Manager in Setup SACR > Systems Administration > Rules Engine  

+ Search for a Rule

+ Specify the Rule Category Name (Service Request and all research related)  and search

+ click on each Rule name at bottom of the page and specify BUILD RULE action

+ Use Search Results button to do each rule
