PeopleSoft WorkCenter: Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator

Add the following WEBLIB's to your permission list:

+  WEBLIB_PT_NAV
+  WEBLIB_PTAL
+  WEBLIB_PTPPB

edit each of them and grant full access (all) and save the permission list.
